Pros and cons of MultiTrack DAW app for iPhone and iPad

MultiTrack DAW app good for

Multi Track DAW is great fun and I really enjoy the functionality but one thing is really annoying: it is nearly impossible to adjust the loop marker nobs correctly. Please update this and scale up these buttons. Anyway 5 stars!
IMO its the best easy to use DAW you can buy on the App store. Money well spent. (Thank you for making this Hamonicdog)
Amazing! The fact that you can multitrack on an iPod is simply incredable. This program is a lot of fun.
This app is simple, fun and intuitive. Really showcases what can be done on a iPad. Using just a set of headphones to monitor while recording other tracks with the ipads built-in mic, you can quickly create some great sounding multi track songs. Not a professional tool but a great personal multi-tracker for experimentation. Works as advertised and I had my support questions answered the same day.
I am really impressed by the quality I get with the built in mics of my IPhone 3GS! I just laid my phone on a table near my Fender 65 Princeton and hit record (I was up and running in no time), recording over an uploaded Jam Track. The result is very satisfying. Looping is SO easy: It will be very easy to jam over some chord changes and just groove with this porta studio!
After researching many of the other DAW apps for the iphone, this is the best one. I previously had 4 track but believe this one is far superior. In my research I have concluded that many apps bragg about being a complete DAW, non of them are so once you get your expectations realistic then consider using this app. I am the member of a songwriting duo. For me, my cowriter can send me an instrument track and ask me to lay down some melody ideas or guitar ideas for it. This app lets me import the instrument track, lay down various vcl and guitar tracks, and then quickly email the ideas to him all using this app. My favorite features are: - import and export of files - interface is genius. I feel like I am using sonar. - you can name your tracks! Yes this seems basic but 4track did not allow me to do it. - seeing the wave forms and being able to move them around to sync up all the other parts that I end up importing. - reliability (too often this is overlookced by most purchasers). Even if you dont buy this app. Buy one that doesnt crash. - my songwriting partner has a usb hand held recording to store his ideas but he cant even name the files and moving to a particular part of a track (say to listen to a chorus part I wrote to see if he likes it) involves holding down a fast foward button. THis app makes his usb recorder obsolete. Normally I dont bother with writing reviews but this app is so good, I want to continue to see it succeed and evolve. For the musician that gets inspired, and wants to record pretty good demo versions of music without the interface, or booting up computers getting in the way, this app is ideal.

Some bad moments

this is just before the beta phase. good intensions, very rudimentare. Its worse a 0,79 bax. Like it is, it is a shame on the producers to ask for any money. I recommend an update weekly. Not 4 prof use ! Why dont you just give me my money back answer this question. Zero support.
Works stable and easy to use but far to expensive for only few functions. If you want to record more tracks you have to make inApp purchase for 6,99 €. Come on people, just for more tracks and no additional functions. Thats far to expensive.
still an awesome app, but not stoked on the blue icon! looked waaay better before!
Oh right, nothing, just a repeat of the list of features from 4.0.
Every time I try to import a song from the iPod tab (by pressing Browse) the screen zooms in and the app freezes after a song is selected. Under the song tab all I get is a blank screen with no choices.
Intuitive. Allows you to focus on multi tracking. However, major issues with interapp plugins and audiobus. Therefore I rarely use it. Many App plugins do not load or app begins to behave poorly Used on : iPad Pro, iPad Air , iPhone 5 & 6 Work on interapp guys ... Then youll have a rival product
